The Full Story

FROM  DISHWASHER TO  EXECUTIVE  CHEF

Tomasz Wosiak has been in the culinary arts business for thirty years; opening his first restaurant at the age of nineteen while still in culinary school in Poland. As a classically trained chef, he loved taking traditional Polish flavors and integrating them with surrounding European cuisines. After arriving in the state of Ohio in his early twenties with his wife Laura, two suitcases, and $40, Chef Tomasz struggled to find employment. He spoke very little English, and was denied work as a dishwasher at fast food restaurants. But through his character and determination was able to find an entry level job that quickly led to an executive chef role within a year!
