With experience overseeing multiple venues for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Granite City Food and Brewery, and TC Restaurant Group, Chef Tomasz's passion for food is followed closely by a good business eye. He continues to act as a consultant for chefs by guiding them through both the hospitality and business side of new establishments. He also has an accredited history of designing professional kitchen layouts.
Corporate Executive Chef
Chef Tomasz is the Vice President of Culinary Development and Corporate Executive Chef at TC Restaurant Group where he oversees venues in Pittsburg and Nashville. He directs some of the largest venues in Nashville including Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, Lukes 32 Bridge, Casa Rosa, and FGL House where he worked with the artists exclusively to create custom menus.
Catering
From corporate to private event catering, Tomasz is well versed in creating seasonally delicious, and visually appealing menus for any occasion or size. He has organized and catered for events as large as 10,000 guests and specializes in managing the chef teams necessary for an event of that scale. From whole hogs, Wagyu Sliders, and raw oysters to French pastries, he can curate and execute the perfect menu for your event.
